A quck update....Today I will be at Forest Lake Elementary School in Grand Rapids for their Spring Fling Fundraiser. This is a way for the school to raise money, rather than selling that cheap stuff that always breaks, or fattening cookie dough... ;0) Come buy for our local vendors and a portion of their sales will go back to the school, and you will have some really cool stuff! Checkered Past will feature Kathy's handpainted spring signs, handmade fabric eggs and bunnies, plus a few primitive antiques also...like Sap buckets filled with "just picked" pussy willows! Hope to see you there... 4 pm to 7 pm
