Thanks to all who visited my shop today, and our booth at the Sawmill. It was a fabulous day, in spite of the weather! Of course with those blustery winds, what else is there to do but shop?
Many of you commented on my "Almond Tea" I served here at my shop and I promised you a recipe! So here it is. It's delightful and you can decrease the sugar for more pucker power!
Almond Tea
9 cups boiling water
3/4 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Instant Tea
1 teaspoon Almond Flavoring
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Come visit again the first Saturday in December, or visit my booth at Akasha Art & Antiques! Thanks for all your compliments on my wacky ornies! I'll be busy making more before December.
Best to you,
Kathy

Kathy, thanks for posting your recipe. I hope to use it this weekend. In fact, if you like sterling silver jewelry, come to an open house at my place on Sunday. 11-15, from 1-3! Michelle's Silpada display is fabulous. Thanks again for having Checkered Past and being so multi-talented!
Best, - Brenda
